Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, he worked at Citibank.
Before joining Citibank in 2004, he held different positions at U.S.
Navy.
Previously, he was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Dr. Jones received a BS degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in Law and Diplomacy as well as a PhD in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
