Chu Ann

Ann Chu is the Chief Financial Officer at Moonrise Capital.
Prior to joining Moonrise Capital, Ms. Chu was the Corporate Controller of Commonfund and its subsidiaries from 2005 to March 2016.
Prior to Commonfund, Ms. Chu was Vice President of Finance and Operations at TDA Capital Partners, formerly known as Templeton Direct Advisors, a private equity and venture capital boutique.
Prior to TDA, Ms. Chu was the Corporate Controller of Kenmar, a commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor.
At the asset management businesses of Morgan Stanley & Co. and Chase Manhattan, Ms. Chu was responsible for conducting reviews of third party service providers including fund accounting and administration, custody and transfer agent for these respective organization's sponsored offshore funds.
Ms. Chu has 9 years of combined audit and tax experience at Deloitte and PriceWaterhouse.
Ms. Chu graduated with a B.B.A.
in Accounting from Pace University in 1985 and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in New York.
