Prior to ADV, Chloe was Vice President, Human Capital at Fullerton Fund Management Company Limited.
Previously, she worked at ADV Partners, APS Asset Management, Noble Group, Macquarie Capital and HSBC Singapore.
Chloe holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Psychology and Counselling from Aventis Business School and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Consulting from the Nanyang Technological University.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin
