While at Silverton, Mr. Dean was responsible for executing new and follow-on investments and the portfolio management of five companies.
Prior to joining Silverton, Mr. Dean worked with Thomas Weisel Venture Partners in Menlo Park, California.
He has also worked in the investment banking group at Thomas Weisel Partners and with Cargill in their distressed commercial loan fund.
Mr. Dean received both his M.B.A. and his B.S.
from Stanford University.
