Penghua Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Penghua) is an independent Chinese investment management firm which was founded in 1998 to manage third party asset, principally through equities and fixed-income. In 2007 they set up a joint venture with Eurizon Financial Group (Intesa Sanpaolo), selling half of their capital to the Italian firm and Guosen Securities Co. Ltd. Headquartered Shenzhen, Penghua manages a range of mutual funds, including open- and closed-end funds, for institutional and retail investors.

First Capital Securities Co., Ltd. (Investment Management) is the investment management division of First Capital Securities Co., Ltd. in China. Established in 1993, the firm is based in Shenzhen and provides investment management services to institutional and individual clients.

Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. (Investment Management) (Great Wall IM) is the investment management division of Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd., itself a subsidiary of state-owned China state-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission in China. Established in 1995 when Shenzhen Great Wall Securities Sales Department and Hainan Huitong International Trust and Investment Corporation merged, the firm changed their name to the Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. in 2015. Great Wall IM is based in Shenzhen and provides investment management services for Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd.
