Mr. William D.
Peckford, CFA, is a Deputy Chief Investment Officer & Head of Equities at Polar Asset Management Partners, Inc. After joining Polar Asset Management Partners in 1995 as an Equity Analyst, he developed the US equity long/short strategy in 1997.
Mr. Peckford started his career at SEI Financial Services in 1991 as a Performance Measurement Analyst before moving, in 1993, to Marquest Investment Counsel as an Equity Research Analyst and Trader.
He graduated from Saint Mary's University in Halifax in 1990 with a Bachelor of Commerce and earned the CFA designation in 1995.
