As Director of Asset Management, Aaron works directly with the management companies to maximize the performance of the operating self-storage assets.
He works closely with the Accounting, Business Development, and Data teams from site acquisition to stabilization.
Prior to joining DXD Capital, Aaron held a similar role at NexPoint Storage Partners (formerly Jernigan Capital, NYSE:JCAP), where he oversaw the lease-up and asset management of nearly 90 properties and more than 7M square feet of self-storage.
Aaron is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
