Ericsson's Chairman Ronnie Leten to Step Down; Jan Carlson Proposed as Chairman

Ericsson AB said Wednesday that Chairman Ronnie Leten won't stand for reelection to the board at the next annual general meeting which will be held on March 29.

The Swedish telecommunications-equipment company said the nomination committee proposed that current board member Jan Carlson be elected as new chairman at the 2023 annual general meeting.

The company also said that Directors Kurt Jofs and Nora Denzel won't stand for reelection at March's AGM.
