Dr. Lu received a graduate degree from Tongji University in 1987 and a doctorate degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2001.

Qi Lu is on the board of SAP SE and Pinduoduo, Inc. and Senior Adviser at Northern Light Development Corp. In his past career he was Vice Chairman of Baidu, Inc., Executive VP-Applications & Services Group at Microsoft Corp., Research Staff Member-Almaden Research Center at International Business Machines Corp., Executive Vice President-Engineering at Yahoo!, Inc., Research Staff Member at Carnegie Mellon University and Professor at Fudan University. He received a doctorate from Carnegie Mellon University and a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Fudan University.

Li Lu was born in April 1966 in Tanghsan in the eastern of China during the China's cultural revolution. At the age of nine months, his parents are sent to labor camps. Moved from one family to another, Li Lu was raised by an illiterate miner.

Tangshan is "sadly" famous for the earthquake in 1976 that killed more than 200,000 dead. Li Lu was then ten years. He survives but sees his adoptive father and many of his relatives died in the rubble.

He turned to education and studied physics at the University of Nanjing. In 1989, he participated in the events of Tiananmen Square.

After suppression of the movement, he has to exile in France before continuing on the road of the "American dream". He studied at Columbia University and graduated with a triple degree in 1996.

After graduation, he worked in an investment bank.

In 1997, he founded his own investment fund, Himalaya Capital Management.

The Wall Street Journal said in August 2010 that Li Lu is tipped to replace Warren Buffett at Berkshire Hathaway head.

Min Lu occupies the position of Chief Insurance Business & Information Officer at Ping An Insurance (Group) Co. of China Ltd. He previously was Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Autohome, Inc., Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Ping An Health Insurance Company of China Ltd. and General Manager-Bancassurance Unit at Ping An Life Insurance Company of China Ltd. He received an MBA from the University Of Dundee.

Currently, Jie Lü holds the position of General Manager & Director at Avicopter Plc.

Presently, Guocong Lu is Compliance Director at First Capital Securities Co., Ltd.

Ying Lu is Chief Financial Officer of Shimge Pump Industry Group Co., Ltd.

Lu Yuan worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd.
Ms. Yuan graduated from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics with an undergraduate degree in 2004 and a graduate degree in 2007.

Tao Lu is currently the President & Executive Director at China Oilfield Services Ltd.
