Termination of ZODIAC AEROSPACE's liquidity contract
Plaisir, 26 March, 2018 - Following the suspension of trading in its shares, Zodiac Aerospace terminated the liquidity contract signed with Kepler Cheuvreux. Shareholders are reminded that the mandatory squeeze-out of Zodiac Aerospace shares was implemented on 23 March, 2018.
The amount of €1,327,676.00 remaining in the liquidity account will be repaid to Zodiac Aerospace.
On December 29, 2017, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:
- Shares: 19,000
- Cash: € 849,726.42
