Bohai Logistics reported unaudited preliminary results for the year ended December 31, 2011. For the year, the company's net profit attributable to the shareholders was RMB 42,865,900 against RMB 30,534,100 a year ago. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.2167 against RMB 0.0901 a year ago. The company's results during the reporting period increased compared with the corresponding period last year, mainly due to the growth of revenue in commercial retail sector of approximately RMB 220 million and the increase of profit of Anhui Guorun, a subsidiary of Bohai Logistics, by approximately RMB 14 million, as compared with the corresponding period last year.
