DIVIDEND PAYMENT NOTICE - YEAR 2023

The Shareholders are informed, in accordance with the resolutions of the Shareholders' Meeting of April 29, 2024, as of May 15, 2024 the dividend will be paid of Euro 0.75 for each share held, before withholding tax, with coupon No. 18 of May 13, 2024, record date of May 14, 2024. No dividends will be paid on the treasury shares held by the company at the dividend coupon date.
