Zhejiang Garden Biopharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300401) commences share repurchases on September 14, 2023, under the program mandated by shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 7, 2023. As per the mandate, the company will repurchase its common shares for not more than CNY 200 million. The shares will be purchased at a price not exceeding CNY 17 per share.

The repurchased shares will be used for canceling and reduction of the company?s registered capital. The repurchase program is valid for a period of 6 months from shareholders' approval.
