The board ("Board") of directors ("Director(s)") of Zhaobangji Properties Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to Unit 13-15, 11/F., China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong with effect from 15 May 2021.
