Wuxi Suxin Industry Optimization Adjustment Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) acquired 66 million shares of Yuan Cheng Cable Co.,Ltd.
Wuxi Suxin Industry Optimization Adjustment Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) completed the acquisition of 9.2% stake in Yuan Cheng Cable Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002692) from Yu Guoping on July 24, 2019.
Yuan Cheng Cable Co., Ltd., formerly Recon Wenyuan Cable Co.,Ltd., is principally involved in the design, research, development, production and distribution of wires and cables. The Company mainly provides wires and cables, special cables, bare wires, as well as wires and cables for electric equipment. Its special cables mainly include mineral insulation cables, nuclear level cables, branch cables and photoelectric combined cables. Its wires and cables for electric equipment include polyvinyl chloride insulated and sheathed control cables, among others. The Company's products are mainly applied in the electric power, transportation, airport, metallurgy, construction, machinery and other industries.
