Wuxi Suxin Industry Optimization Adjustment Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) won an auction to acquire an additional 5.96% stake in Yuan Cheng Cable Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002692) from Hangzhou Including Rui Kang Sports Culture Co., Ltd. for CNY 160 million on November 8, 2019. Wuxi Suxin Industry Optimization Adjustment Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will acquire 42.8 million shares at a price of CNY 3.74 per share. After this transaction, Wuxi Suxin Industry Optimization Adjustment Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will directly hold 108.8 million shares in Yuan Cheng Cable. Transaction was approved by Jiangsu Wuxi Intermediate People’s Court.

Yuan Cheng Cable Co., Ltd., formerly Recon Wenyuan Cable Co.,Ltd., is principally involved in the design, research, development, production and distribution of wires and cables. The Company mainly provides wires and cables, special cables, bare wires, as well as wires and cables for electric equipment. Its special cables mainly include mineral insulation cables, nuclear level cables, branch cables and photoelectric combined cables. Its wires and cables for electric equipment include polyvinyl chloride insulated and sheathed control cables, among others. The Company's products are mainly applied in the electric power, transportation, airport, metallurgy, construction, machinery and other industries.
