YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP YNAP ADHERES TO THE 'MANIFESTO ON WOMENS' EMPLOYMENT' BY VALORE D ASSOCIATION
YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP confirms once again its commitment to gender equality, as part of its 'Empowering People' sustainability vision, by adhering to the 'Manifesto for women's employment' by Valore D, the first association of large companies formed in Italy in order to support women's leadership in the corporate world.
On September 12, in a dedicated event in the Italian capital of Rome, the Manifesto was officially signed by over 100 companies from all industries, including YNAP, represented by the Group's Chief People Officer Deborah Lee.
The Manifesto by Valore D consists in a nine points document which defines the necessary tools to promote female talent in all organizations. The companies which have adhered to the initiative commit to topics such as guaranteeing an equal representation of both genders in selection phases, monitoring female presence at all company levels, closing the gender pay gap, as well as supporting maternity and parenthood.
