Yong Shun Chemical Co., Ltd reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 162.01 million compared to TWD 337.12 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 0.123 million compared to net income of TWD 4.86 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 377.69 million compared to TWD 669.81 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 17.98 million compared to TWD 6.05 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.29 compared to TWD 0.1 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.29 compared to TWD 0.1 a year ago.

The Company mainly offers products including unsaturated polyester resin, acid alcohol resin, acid-resistant coatings, chemical tanks, and polyurethane particles, among others. The Companyâs unsaturated polyester resin is applied in fiber reinforce plastic products, castings and coatings, among others. The Companyâs acid alcohol resin is applied in foams, coatings, adhesives, synthetic leather and waterproof material.
