Tenglong Data (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Tenglong Asset (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd. from Yimikang Tech.Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300249) on October 25, 2021. In related transaction, Sichuan Yimikang Longkong Software Co., Ltd., Tenglong Asset (Beijing) Investment Management and Tenglong Data (Beijing) Technology Development shall implement debt restructuring and total price of transactions are approximately CNY 350 million. The board of Yimikang Tech.Group has approved the deal on on October 25, 2021. The shareholders of Yimikang Tech.Group has approved the deal on November 10, 2021. As on April 16, 2022, The total price of transactions has changed to approximately CNY 360 million.
