YHI International Limited Announces Re-Designation of Yuen Sou Wai as Independent Director from Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of YHI International Limited announced that Yuen Sou Wai, Non-Executive Director has been re-designated as Independent Director with effect from 25 February 2013. The Nominating Committee of the Board has recommended the re-designation of Yuen as an Independent Director of the company. The Board has approved Yuen's re-designation as an Independent Director.
