Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Yin Bo has tendered his resignation as an executive director, a member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the Board, a member of the strategy committee of the Board and the general manager of the Company due to change of job assignment, with effect from 17 June 2024.
