World Health Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:WHEN) signed a letter of intent to acquire a 26% stake in CrossMobile Sp.z o.o. on January 12, 2022. World Health Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:WHEN) entered into an agreement to acquire a 26% stake in CrossMobile Sp.z o.o. on March 22, 2022. After the acquisition of 26% interest in CrossMobile, the WHEN Group will have an option to ultimately acquire controlling interest.
World Health Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:WHEN) completed the acquisition of a 26% stake in CrossMobile Sp.z o.o. for PLN 19.8 million on June 22, 2022. Under the terms, World Health Energy Holdings will issue 10,000,000,000 restricted shares. In addition, through January 22, 2024, the WHEN has the option to purchase additional shares of CrossMobile, such that following such additional purchase, the WHEN shall hold approximately 51 % of CrossMobile's outstanding share capital on a fully diluted basis. Gaya Rozensweig, a director at World Health Energy Holdings will join CrossMobile's board of directors. Tromer, the chief executive officer of CrossMobile was appointed to the World Health Energy Holdings's advisory board in February 2022. Brightman Almagor Zohar & Co. acted as accountant to World Health Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:WHEN).
