Wonpoong Corporation (KOSDAQ:A008370) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 310,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until May 17, 2019. As of February 18, 2019, the company had 290,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
