The board of directors of WMHW Holdings Limited announced that Mr. So Pan (Mr. So) has resigned as the company secretary of the Company (the Company Secretary) and also ceased to act as an authorized representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the Rules (the GEM Listing Rules) Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) and an authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process or notice in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively, the Authorised Representatives), with effect from 1 February 2024 to pursue other business commitment. Mr. So has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange. The Board announced that with effect from 1 February 2024, Ms. Tam Mei Chu (Ms. Tam) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules.

Ms. Tam, aged 36, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accounting from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University (formerly known as the Open University of Hong Kong) in Hong Kong and she is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Tam had been working as the company secretary with a few companies listed on the Stock Exchange and has over 9 years of experience in auditing and company secretarial services.
