The board of directors of Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. announced that, an engineering, procurement, construction and commission (the ``EPCC'') contract (the ``Contract'') for the Qatar sulfur facilities of the north field expansion EPC-4 project (the ``EPC-4 Project'') has been recently entered into among QatarEnergy and the consortium formed by Técnicas Reunidas S.A. and Wison Engineering Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The EPC-4 Project involves the construction of new sulfur-handling, storage and loading facilities to process and export sulfur from the ongoing liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant expansion at Ras Laffan Industrial City in the State of Qatar.

The new sulfur plant will process an average of 5,000 tonnes of molten sulfur per day. The EPC-4 Project is expected to complete in 48 months. Wison Engineering Ltd. and Técnicas Reunidas S.A. will be responsible for providing the detailed design, procurement, construction and commission work and services in respect of the facilities for the EPC-4 Project.

Wison Engineering Ltd. will receive 30% of the total amount of the Contract. This is the first EPCC project contract awarded by QatarEnergy to the Group, and is also the first EPCC project that the Company cooperates with Técnicas Reunidas S.A. as strategic partner. Técnicas Reunidas is one of the world's leading energy services companies, specializing in the design and construction of industrial plants worldwide.

Middle East is a key market of the Group, in which the Group has been deeply involved for more than ten years and has established a solid foundation for business development. The Group's engineering, procurement and construction (``EPC'') capability is once again recognized by customers, EPC contractors and partners. Each of the counterparties to the Contract is a third party independent of the Company and the connected persons of the Company.

The Contract was entered into in the ordinary and usual course of business of the Group. The transactions contemplated under the Contract do not constitute a notifiable transaction of the Company.
