Wirecard AG reported preliminary consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year of 2013. For the quarter, the company reported the group revenues came to EUR 141.1 million against EUR 115.1 million, up by 23%. EBITDA in fourth quarter of 2013 rose by 16% to EUR 36.2 million against EUR 31.1 million.

For the fiscal, the company reported revenues were up by 22% to reach EUR 482.2 million against EUR 394.6 million a year ago. Preliminary earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose by 15% from EUR 109.2 million in the previous year to EUR 126.0 million, taking investments in the new business area of Mobile Payments into account.

The company provided earnings guidance for the fiscal year 2014. For the year, the management board is expecting a sustained business development and strong growth in all core markets of the company. The company expecting for the fiscal year 2014 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of between EUR 160 million to EUR 175 million.
