VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

OPERATING UPDATE OF THE CAMBODIAN FACTORY

IN VIEW OF THE RECENT DEVELOPMENT OF COVID-19 IN CAMBODIA

This announcement is published on a voluntary basis by the board of directors (the ''Board'') of Win Hanverky Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') so as to provide the latest operating update of the Group's factory in Cambodia (the ''Cambodian Factory'') in view of the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic (''COVID-19'') in Cambodia.

The Cambodian government has announced a 14-day lockdown in it capital city, Phnom Penh, and neighbouring Ta Khmau city (the ''Lockdown Area'') from 15 April 2021 to 28 April 2021. As the Cambodian Factory is not located within the Lockdown Area, it was not subject to the lockdown measure imposed by the Cambodian government and therefore its operations have been continued without material disruption. However, since late last week, some of the Group's employees at the Cambodian Factory have been infected with COVID-19 and there was a total of 16 confirmed cases up to 24 April 2021. Following the discussions with the relevant department of Cambodian government and for the benefit of the well-being and safety of employees of the Group, it is mutually agreed to suspend the operations of the Cambodian Factory for a period of 14 days from 24 April 2021 to 7 May 2021.

In terms of revenue, the Cambodian Factory contributed 10.7% of the Group's total revenue and 15.4% of the revenue from the Group's Manufacturing Business for the year ended 31 December 2020. To mitigate the potential impact of the temporary suspension of operations of the Cambodian Factory to its customers and the Group, the Group will endeavour to re-allocate the production orders to its factories in Vietnam and Mainland China. To the best knowledge of the Board and based on the information currently available, it is considered that the suspension will have no material impact on the Group's overall operations and financial position. The Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees and will fully comply with the COVID-19 containment measures imposed by the Cambodian government so as to ensure a safe working environment. The Company will continuously monitor the situation and assess the impact of COVID-19 on the operations of the Group and will make further announcements as and when appropriate.

The shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
