Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 27, 2023, WidePoint Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Original Press Release") announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. Certain tables in the Original Press Release inadvertently included incorrect information for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. Accordingly, the Company has updated the Original Press Release to include the corrected information for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, which press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. There were no changes to the information in the Original Press Release for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2022.
