KRTnet Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065530) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 5,000 million worth of its shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize the stock price. The program will be valid till March 5, 2019. As of March 6, 2018, the company had 511,209 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury through other buybacks.
