Western Bulk Chartering AS - Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Western Bulk Chartering
AS on 19 October 2021 regarding the end of the stabilisation period and the
exercise of the greenshoe option of 390,000 shares. 

The share capital increase pertaining to the 390,000 shares was registered in
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on November 11th, 2021. Following
the registration, the share capital of Western Bulk Chartering AS is NOK
1,680,985.75 divided on 33,619,715 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.05.
