Western Asset Variable Rate Strategic Fund Inc., at the annual meeting of shareholders held on March 20, 2020 announced that Nisha Kumar and Jane Trust were elected as Class II Directors of the fund to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2023 or thereafter when respective successors are duly elected and qualified or until they resign or are otherwise removed.
