Welspun India Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 18,691.5 million compared to INR 24,181.7 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 19,040.5 million compared to INR 24,379.2 million a year ago. Net income was INR 423.8 million compared to INR 1,323.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.43 compared to INR 1.34 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.43 compared to INR 1.34 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 59,398.6 million compared to INR 70,843.8 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 60,196.3 million compared to INR 71,302.5 million a year ago. Net income was INR 734.4 million compared to INR 5,489.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.74 compared to INR 5.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.74 compared to INR 5.52 a year ago.
