WEED, Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced operating loss was USD 955,686 compared to USD 3.099 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 971,744 compared to USD 3.104 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.01 compared to USD 0.03 a year ago.
WEED, Inc. is engaged in the business involving the purchase of land and building commercial grade cultivation centers to consult, assist, manage and lease to licensed dispensary owners and organic grow operators on a contract basis, with a concentration on the legal and medical marijuana sector. The Company and its subsidiaries are focused on various business opportunities in the cannabis and hemp field, including, but not limited to both indoor and outdoor grows, cultivations and harvest for research, product development, processing and manufacturing of both Pharma and non-Pharma products, services, therapeutics, and treatments on a global basis for both the medical cannabis and hemp global market space. The Company, through its subsidiary, Sangre AT, LLC, doing business as Sangre AgroTech, is engaged in genomic sequencing, genetics-based breeding, plant tissue culture, and plant biochemistry.
