WRIT OF SUMMONS AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM BY THE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION STRATA TITLE NO. 4284 - SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS

The Board of Directors of Wee Hur Holdings Ltd (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the announcement dated 18 August 2020 on the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim in relation to alleged defects in the development known as Premier @ Kaki Bukit.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein are as defined in the announcement dated 18 August 2020.

The Company wishes to announce that, by way of two settlement agreements dated 19 April 2021 and 21 June 2021 (the "Settlement Agreements"), WHKB and WHC had agreed to a full and final settlement of all claims or otherwise that were made against them that arise out of, relate to and/or are in connection with the alleged defects raised and/or pleaded in the Statement of Claim.

The Settlement Agreements will have no material impact on the business or affairs of the Group nor have any significant impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and the consolidated earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
