STRIKING OFF SUBSIDIARIES

The Board of Directors of Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. ("Wee Hur" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Wee Hur (Paya Lebar) Pte. Ltd. ("WHPL") and Wee Hur (Woodlands) Pte. Ltd. ("WHW"), both dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company held through Wee Hur Development Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had made applications to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") to be struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act, Cap. 50.

The Company further announce that ACRA had notified in the Final Gazette Notification dated 6 September 2021 that WHPL and WHW had been struck off the Register of Companies with effect from 6 September 2021.

The striking off of WHPL and WHW is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and the consolidated earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

None of the Directors or the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off of WHPL and WHW other than through their shareholding interests in the Company.
