(Alliance News) - Websolute Spa reported Friday that Lyra Srl has purchased 15,400 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR1.0057, for a total consideration of EUR15,487.78.
Websolute reported Friday up 8.3 percent to EUR1.05 per share.
