Change of ownership of MOL Vagyonkezelő and Trevelin Holding

Budapest, 29 April 2024 - WABERER'S INTERNATIONAL Plc. (hereinafter: "Waberer's" or "Company") - based on notifications received from the relevant Parties - informed investors on December 5, 2023, that Trevelin Holding and MOL Vagyonkezelő, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MOL, signed a purchase agreement for a 15% stake in Waberer's International Nyrt. Concurrently with the transaction, MOL and Waberer's entered into a strategic cooperation agreement to strengthen their business collaboration in the areas of complex logistics services, alternative fuels, energy efficiency developments, and green energy transition. Referring to its disclosure obligation as stipulated in Section 55(2) of Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), Waberer's hereby announces that, based on the notification received from the Parties, the aforementioned share purchase transaction was successfully concluded on April 25, 2024.
