Sergei Stetsenko, Director, acquired an additional 10.8% stake in Vynleads, Inc. (OTCPK:VYND) from Stanislav Bezusov, Chief Technology Officer and Director, for $0.01 million on September 1, 2020. Under the terms of thne deal, Sergei Stetsenko acquired 1.25 million shares at a price of $0.01 per share, which represents all of the shares held by Bezusov. Stetsenko now owns 2.7 million shares of Vynleads.
