VT GMP Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A018290) announced a private placement of 361,976 common shares of par value of KRW 500 per share issued at a price of KRW 8,600 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 3,112,993,600 on March 10, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Woori stock association. The shares will be issued at a premium. The shares will be issued through third party allotment method. Post closing, the number of shares will increase from 33,246,026 to 33,608,002. The payment date is March 18, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. All securities issued in the transaction is subject to hold period of one year.
