GMP.Co. Ltd (KOSDAQ:A018290) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 300,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to stabilize share price and enhance shareholder's value. The program will be valid until April 17, 2019. As of January 16, 2019, the company had no shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 242,504 shares in treasury under other capacities.
