BOOTH 13517-- VOXX Electronics Corporation (VEC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX), announced today the introduction of Park-Daddy®, a high quality, precision garage parking system. Using advanced technology, state-of-the-art electronics and advanced optics, the Park-Daddy® was designed to notify the driver when the bumper has cleared the garage door, leaving the maximum amount of room in front of the vehicle. The Park-Daddy® system was developed with Invis-a-Beam LLC, based out of Naples, Florida, known for their precision infrared aligning systems for commercial use.

The system comes fully equipped with two infrared head units that are battery powered (lasting up to one year or more) and mount to the garage walls just inside the garage door opening by using peel off mounting tape. An RF Radio Receiver is also included that conveniently plugs into a car's cigarette lighter power port. The RF Radio Receiver will sound with an adjustable tone and a "red" LED light will illuminate when the infrared beams are broken. As soon as the vehicle clears the garage door opening, the sound will stop and the LED light will change to "green", notifying the driver the car has been cleared and is safe to park. In addition to clearance for the front of your car, the Park-Daddy® can also provide assistance to safely back up into your garage, and in some cases, can be used as a safety barrier for side clearance.

Systems are expandable up to a 4-vehicle, 4-stall garage with the purchase of additional RF Radio Receivers.

The Park-Daddy® Single Car System (PDY-50-AA) and the Two Car System (PDY-100-AA) will be available in February for an MSRP of $89.00 and $119.00 respectively.
