VistaREIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 612.16 million compared to PHP 800.51 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 667.96 million compared to PHP 830.17 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 330.13 million compared to PHP 727.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.044 compared to PHP 0.097 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.044 compared to PHP 0.097 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 1,908.56 million compared to PHP 1,734.44 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 2,069.26 million compared to PHP 1,798.69 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 13,894.25 million compared to PHP 1,530.28 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.853 compared to PHP 0.204 a year ago. VistaREIT, Inc. is a Philippines-based is a real estate investment trust. The Company owns a portfolio of an approximately 10 community malls and two office buildings with an aggregate gross leasable area (GLA) of 256,403.95 square meters. The Company's lease operation is its reportable segment. Its community malls are located in Las Pinas City, Bacoor City, General Trias City, Imus City, Municipality of Tanza, Antipolo City, City of San Jose Del Monte, San Fernando City, and Talisay City. The Company's office buildings are located in Taguig City and Bacoor City. The Company's shopping malls provides facilities, such as retail outlets, supermarkets and department stores, together with other attractions, such as food courts, cinemas and other entertainment facilities to its customers. Its target customer segment of the commercial leasing business consists of broad C retail consumers.
