RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Vietnam Industrial Investments Limited ("VII" or "Company") wishes to advise that Mr Mark Clements has resigned as a director and company secretary to pursue other business interests, effective 31 January 2012.

As the Company has to meet the minimum Corporations Act requirement of two Australian resident directors, the Board will use its best endeavours to appoint an Australian resident director on or before 31 January 2012.

The VII Board would like to extend their thanks to Mr Clements for his significant contribution to the operations of the Group during his time with the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
