JN Viet Nam Renewable Energy Company Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Cuu An Wind Power Joint Stock Company from JN Viet Nam Renewable Energy Company Limited, Pham Quoc Sy, Tran Duc Trung, Vuong Dang Vinh and Vuong The Vu for VND 948 billion.

JN Viet Nam Renewable Energy Company Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Cuu An Wind Power Joint Stock Company from JN Viet Nam Renewable Energy Company Limited, Pham Quoc Sy, Tran Duc Trung, Vuong Dang Vinh and Vuong The Vu for VND 948 billion on December 14, 2022. The consideration for the Sale Shares is VND 769,702.5 million. Following Completion, an additional Earn-out Payment of up to approximately VND 178,216.5 million shall be payable by JN Viet Nam Renewable.

As of December 31, 2022, Cuu An Wind reported net income of VND 9,785 million and net assets of VND 664,786.5 million.
