Crescent Point Energy Corp. Confirms January 2016 Dividend Payable on February 16, 2016

Crescent Point Energy Corp. confirmed that the dividend to be paid on February 16, 2016, in respect of January 2016 production, for shareholders of record on January 31, 2016, will be CAD 0.10 per share. These dividends are designated as 'eligible dividends' for Canadian income tax purposes.

For U.S. income tax purposes, Crescent Point's dividends are considered 'qualified dividends'.
