Beijing Wanji Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 4,900,000 in its equity round of funding from existing investor Beijing Wanji Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300552) on January 29, 2019. The transaction has been approved at the 11th meeting of the 3rd directorate of the investor. On closing, the investor will retain its stake of 100% in the company and company's registered capital will increase from CNY 100,000 to 5,000,000. The transaction does not need a signing of an investment agreement.
Vanjee Technology Co Ltd is a company engaged in research, development and production of intelligent transportation products and provision of related services. The Company's product lines include dedicated short-range communications, dynamic weighing, laser inspection and system integration. The dedicated short-range communication series products include on board units (OBUs), roadside units (RSUs) and handheld issuers. The products are mainly used in electronic toll collection (ETC). The laser inspection series products mainly include single-beam laser radars, which are mainly used in traffic flow surveys, vehicle identification and classification, as well as vehicle contour size inspection. The dynamic weighing series products are used to detect the wheel load and axle load of moving vehicles, as well as the total mass of freight.
