Vamos Announces Earnings Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months of 2019

Vamos announced earnings results for the third quarter and nine months of 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced net revenue of BRL 314.1 million compared to BRL 259.9 million a year ago. EBIT was BRL 73.8 million compared to BRL 64.1 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 38.3 million compared to BRL 34.6 million a year ago.
For the nine months, the company announced net revenue of BRL 888.9 million compared to BRL 716.1 million a year ago. EBIT was BRL 215.4 million compared to BRL 184.4 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 107.2 million compared to BRL 94.9 million a year ago.
Vamos Locacao de Caminhoes, Maquinas e Equipamentos SA is a Brazil-based public company which carries out its activities through three segments: truck, machinery and equipment rental; truck, machinery and equipment dealerships; and truck customization. The truck, machinery and equipment rental segment comprises fleet outsourcing through the leasing of trucks, machines and equipment and fleet management. The truck, machinery and equipment dealership segment comprises the commercialization of new and pre-owned trucks, machinery and equipment, as well as parts, machines and accessories, provision of mechanics, bodywork and painting services. The truck customization segment comprises customization services, and customized solutions for heavy vehicles.
