Value Valves Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2019. For the half year, the company announced sales was TWD 1,197.994 million compared to TWD 983.989 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 188.853 million compared to TWD 216.504 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 141.373 million compared to TWD 148.949 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.97 compared to TWD 4.53 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.97 compared to TWD 4.52 a year ago.
Value Valves Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in development, design, manufacture and sale of industrial valves. The valve products include butterfly valves, ball valves and control valves. The products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, steel, shipbuilding, energy, water treatment, paper, air conditioning and electronics industries. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
