Valor Holdings Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the three months ended June 30, 2020. For the three months, the company reported operating revenue of JPY 183,002 million compared to JPY 164,865 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 9,038 million compared to JPY 3,275 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 5,565 million compared to JPY 1,553 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 86.50 compared to JPY 23.83 per share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 86.47. Net Sales were JPY 176,978 million compared to JPY 159,153 million a year ago.
