UUUM, Inc. (TSE:3990) agreed to acquire 14.61% stake in Capsule Japan, Inc. for approximately ¥100 million on January 23, 2018. Under the terms of the deal, UUUM, Inc. will acquire 66.667 shares of Capsule Japan, Inc. which consists of issuance of new shares by Capsule Japan, Inc. and transfer of shares from existing shareholders of Capsule Japan, Inc. The Board of Directors of UUUM, Inc. passed a resolution on the deal on January 23, 2018. The tentative contract conclusion date is late January 2018.

The game & media business is involved in the provision and operation of the Companyâs own casual games, video media and community applications.
